Objektsysteme sind Artefakte, also materielle und immaterielle Ergebnisse des Handlungssystems. Der Zweck eines Objektsystems ist im korrespondierenden Zielsystem beschrieben. In der Produktentstehung muss zu jedem Objekt- ein dazugehöriges Zielsystem existieren. Objektsysteme erfüllen in der Produktentstehung drei Bedeutungen: Sie sind Ressourcen, Erkenntnisobjekte und Ergebnisse des Handlungssystems. Am Ende einer erfolgreichen Entwicklung entspricht das zu entwickelnde Objektsystem dem Produkt. Zwischenergebnisse in der Produktentstehung sind Objektsysteme von Subzielsystemen. Bis zum fertigen Produkt dienen Objektsysteme dem Erkenntnisgewinn oder als Ressource im Handlungssystem.

Systems of objects are artifacts, i.e. tangible and intangible results of the operation system. The purpose of a system of objects is described in the corresponding system of objectives. In product creation, a corresponding system of objectives must exist for each system of objects. Systems of objects fulfill three meanings in the product development: They are resources, knowledge objects and results of the action system. At the end of a successful development the system of objects to be developed corresponds to the product. Intermediate results in the product development are systems of objects of systems of sub-objectives. Up to the finished product systems of objects serve the knowledge gain or as resources in the operation system.
